Fountain without a Spring

The distance between the ancient fountain and the renovated, antique building messures several meters. Nevertheless, it's possible to let the water, which is collected by the gutter, flow into the sandstone basin and give the garden a pleasant splashing. An underground pipe from the gutter into a hidden water tank under the gravel makes that possible. From there, the water is pumped through the spouter into the sandstone fountain.
